Edvin Manniko, O.D.

In addition to his optometric responsibilities at Accelerated Visual Performance, Dr. Manniko helps to manage the organization and plays a key role in the evaluation and implementation of tailored visual training programs for clients. A frequent speaker at schools, universities, sports organizations and businesses, Dr. Manniko has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and influential proponents of visual training.
Dr. Manniko founded two private practices that offered traditional eye care and visual enhancement services prior to co-founding Accelerated Visual Performance. With these previous practices, Dr. Manniko established a diverse clientele, consisting of world-class athletes, students, learning disabled individuals and injury victims.
Dr. Manniko earned his Doctorate degree in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. Additionally, Dr. Manniko has completed advanced courses in “Advanced Vision Testing and Training” from the Southern College of Optometry and Reading Enhancement from Purdue University. Throughout his more than 40 years in the eye care industry, Dr. Manniko has conducted extensive research in the area of visual enhancement.
